Identify the source of stress

Sometimes it is not just your jobs demands but your procrastination that leads to stress.Stress usually has something to do with your habits. Therefore you are responsible for the role you play in maintaining your stress levels.

Many people cope with stress which will compound the problem like taking up to smoking, drinking, overeating, withdrawing from family and friends or taking your stress on them. AVOID STRESS

ADAPT TO STRESSOR

  • Some sources of stress is unavoidable ex: death of a loved one, serious illness. In such cases accept the change than cling on to a situation which is irreversible.
  • Don’t try to control uncontrollable ex: rude behavior of other people, instead choose how you react to it!
